Telephone Interviewing

Consumer Opinion Services maintains telephone centers in Seattle, Washington and Portland, Oregon serving both consumer and business studies. The Seattle office has 17 monitored lines while the Portland office has 12.

Applications

Phone rooms may be employed for recruiting focus groups, one-on-one interviews and/or central location tests as well as telephone studies and political polls. An extensive business and consumer database from our 35 years in market research makes our recruiting more time and cost effective. Other sampling methods such as random digit dial and phone book sampling are available. COS can accomodate both regional and national studies at rates that are competitive with Wats line equipped facilities.

Tips & Suggestions

We suggest keeping the interview length to 12 minutes or less. We recommend that you allow 10 to 14 days lead time in booking phone interview based studies. We recommend that you allow 2 to 3 weeks lead time for telephone recruiting for focus groups or other kinds of studies
